Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Sun King accepts major credit cards and checks. During the checkout process you will be forwarded to the website of our credit card merchant, PayPal, to enter your preferred method of payment. Learn how to use PayPal to make fast and secure credit card payment.

Q: How do I select my delivery date?

A: You may submit your delivery date several ways:

  1. Use our Delivery Date submission form and enter the 10 digit confirmation number from your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Enter your delivery date in the "Notes" section of your credit card checkout process at PayPal.
  3. Email your desired delivery date to SunKing; be sure to include your order confirmation number.

Q: Do you have special pricing for more frequent orders?

A: Yes! If your organization uses fresh cut, wholesale flowers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, contact us directly for volume pricing.

Q: How far in advance should I order my flowers?

A: We recommend placing your order 7 to 10 days ahead of your desired delivery date. You may order up to 30 days in advance if you wish.

Q: When should I receive my flowers?

A: Your fresh cut flowers need a little time to re-hydrate and open their blooms completely. We recommend receiving your flowers 2 to 3 days prior to your event's date.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order's status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping is included in the product price.  Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico require a separate shipping charge, and the orders will be direct billed via credit card invoice.

Q. How do I care for my flowers after they arrive?

A: Follow these recommendations for preparing your flowers.

  • Receive your order 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
  • Cut flower stems at an angle and place in water with floral preservative.
  • Remove all outer petals and foliage below water level.
  • Keep flowers in a cool location, out of direct sun or drafts.
  • Do not place flowers in a refrigerator with other food or produce.
