Sun King Wholesale proudly accepts major credit cards and checks via PayPal.
During checkout, you will be automatically forwarded to the website of our credit card merchant, PayPal, to complete your order.
Orders must be paid in full prior to Sun King scheduling your wholesale flowers to be cut and shipped from our farms in Colombia and Ecuador.
Check funds must be cleared by the bank or PayPal prior to scheduling/shipping.
Delivery and Shipping
Submit your desired delivery date by any of the following methods:
- Use the Delivery Date submission form.
- Enter your delivery date in the "Notes" section during your credit card payment process at PayPal.
- Email your desired delivery date to SunKing; be sure to include your 10 digit Order Confirmation Number.
All deliveries are made via FedEx. Signature required at time of delivery for all orders.
FedEx Deliveres Tuesday through Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions.
Any orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to additional shipping charges. Please email sales@sunkingwholesale.com to receive an exact quote for these orders and arrange direct billing.
Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery paramaters.
Guarantee
Sun King Wholesale allows you to receive a fresh cut flower within 72 hours of being cut. No traditional floral distributor can deliver on a promise like that.
Sun King only ships quality fresh cut flowers directly from our farms in South America. We do not broker or store flowers as our production is only pre-sold from the farm. Therefore, our customers should expect a consistent quality and service each and every week.
If, however, you are not satisfied with a box of flowers for any reason, you should call our office, 305-517-7479, that very same day and we will arrange for immediate pickup of the box and will either credit your account 100% or offer a 100% refund. This policy is good for 1 box per a shipment.
Sun King Wholesale will only consider a credit when the claim is made on the very same day of arrival and when all of the contents within the box are returned. Upon inspection of the returned box we will decide if our quality is up to your standards for future shipments.
Please remember that Sun King Wholesale will not accept claims for more than one box per shipment and all original contents must be included with your return.
Your decision to purchase from Sun King Wholesale confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our policies.
Cancellations
There is a 25% charge for all or any cancellations after an order has been processed online or by phone. This policy applies to partial or total cancellations.
For example, if you order 4 boxes at $110 per box for a total sale of $440 and would like to cancel the entire sale, then Sun King Wholesale would refund 75% of the sale, $330. If you would like to cancel 1 box then Sun King would refund 75% of $110, $82.50.
Cancellations will not be accepted 4 business days before original delivery date.
There are no exceptions to Sun King Wholesale's Cancellation Policy.
